When will your art be available for sale?
Gustavo adds work for sale sporadically throughout the year. Vanessa has shop updates every 2-3 months. For information about upcoming shop updates, visit Vanessa's Instagram page and sign up for her mailing list.
Can I place a custom order?
Gustavo is always down to take on a custom order! Vanessa takes on very few custom orders but occasionally offers limited pre-order options during shop updates, so keep an eye out!
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Keep in mind, shipping costs vary greatly from country to country and can get quite pricey if headed overseas.
If I place multiple orders on the same day, will you combine them?
Yes. If you place multiple orders, we will package items together and contact you to refund shipping overages.
If I'm local to Boston, can I pick up my order instead?
Absolutely! Enter code BOSTON for free local pickup and we will arrange a time for you to grab your order!
What is your return policy?
You have 5 days from receipt of the item to contact us and receive a full refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If a product is damaged during shipping, please send a picture of the item + the box, and we will give you a full refund or exchange! Commissioned works and pre-orders are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping.
